Returns
You may return a book within 7 days of receiving your order if it is unused and in its original condition.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect book, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Used or damaged books caused by the customer
Digital products or downloadable books
Clearance or final sale items
